New Jersey men accused of robbery

When a crime happens or appears to have occurred, it is important for law enforcement officers to take immediate action to help ensure that the matter is successfully resolved. This requires victims to inform the proper authorities of a crime as soon as it happens. However, it is unclear why there was a delay in the reporting of an alleged robbery in New Jersey,

The incident is said to have occurred on a day in April. Police now claim that two men, ages 31 and 22, robbed a Speedy Gas Station. According to reports, the store was robbed at gunpoint before the assailants fled the scene in a vehicle.

Despite the allegations of the crime, police did not receive a report of the incident for a few days. Police have since arrested the two men, and reports insinuate that they may have been involved in additional robberies in the area, including one that happened within an hour of the incident that led to their arrest. Reports claim that the older man threatened the gas station attendant while the younger one drove the getaway vehicle.

Both New Jersey men are charged with robbery, with the former also facing charges of unlawful possession of a weapon, terroristic threats and possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes. It is unclear what caused the delay in reporting the alleged crime or what led police to the two defendants. To help them adequately address the accusations against them, many people accused of crimes choose to seek professional advice in doing so.
